I’m still loving making music in Arkos Tracker 2, and have made a few tunes for some BBC Micro demos, Beeb-niccc and NOVA Invite.

As there is currently no direct support for the SN76489, in order to access the periodic noise on the BBC (which make lower notes possible), we are converting the music and forcing the lower notes to be played that way. Although it still doesn’t give great control.

I would love to see SN76489 support added at some stage. I know I could use Furnace or Deflemask, but Arkos Tracker 2 is so user-friendly and has, frankly, the best arpeggiator I’ve used in any music software, chip or otherwise!

I realise it’s ‘no more answers for now’, so no probs as you must be incredibly busy. Would you consider open-sourcing it so other people could help, maybe? Just a thought. Would hate to see the project stagnate as it’s amazing so far.
