    hi!
two features i think are missing on Arkos Tracker:

    – vgm export – vgm format is quite popular, simple and very well documented – would be great if we could export to this format from Arkos Tracker, as we can do from lots of trackers around (like Famitracker and their derivatives, Bamboo Tracker, etc.)

    – themes – sorry saying, i think the actual default theme makes Arkos Tracker a bit difficult to be used, i’m more on dark text over brighter background (i use to have all trackers like that when possible)

    thanks!

    Hi,

    1) The VGM export is a very good idea. I checked the specification, it seems straightforward indeed. I’ll had that to the TODO list! I’m just not sure about dual-chip, it is not clear to me how to produce 2xAY… And you can’t produce 3 chips.

    2) Don’t worry, I got you covered in the next huge release. Wait and see :).

    thanks!

you actually can have 8xAY in .vgm files – https://battleofthebits.org/arena/Entry/8x+AY-3-8910/46890/ – i made this by editing a vgm file as hexdump text

vgmrips.net is plenty of examples of .vgm files using 3xAY

Thanks, I’ll check how it is done. It is really not clear in the documentation how more than one AY can be managed.

The “music” does sound really strange though :).
